Exchanges are available only under the following conditions:
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Customized or made-to-order products
Items marked as Final Sale
Products damaged due to improper use or handling
To initiate an exchange or replacement:

Share your order details and the reason for exchange.
Once approved, securely pack and ship the product to the address provided.
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless it is damaged/incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement free of cost.
All approved exchange & replacement of damaged products will be delivered within 7 days.
No refunds will be issued.
