At Dhara Decor, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our updated policy carefully.

1. Refund Policy

No refund is available.
Dhara Decor does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are available only under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling

4. Exchange & Replacement Process

To initiate an exchange or replacement:

  1. Contact us at k.dharadecor@gmail.com or call +91 92596-35410 within the exchange period.

  2. Share your order details and the reason for exchange.

  3. Once approved, securely pack and ship the product to the address provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless it is damaged/incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement free of cost.

All approved exchange & replacement of damaged products will be delivered within 7 days.

6. Important Note

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • Only exchanges or replacements are available as per the conditions above.
